What we collect, and what we do not.
This notice is written the way we would want to read one: short, specific, and complete. It is issued under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revised, in force 1 September 2023) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
- Who is responsible.

- What this site collects on its own.
Nothing that identifies you. The site runs without cookies, without third-party analytics scripts and without advertising or tracking pixels. One functional value – which page you pressed “write to us” from – is held in your browser’s session storage so the contact form can pre-select your topic; it is not sent anywhere and disappears when the tab closes. The typefaces are served from this site itself; no font, script or style is loaded from a third party, so no request leaves your browser for anyone else’s server while you read. Interaction events (which page, which button) may be counted in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you, to improve the site.
- What you give us when you write or book.
If you write to us, we receive what you send and the address you send it from. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly, Inc., a provider based in the United States, under its own privacy terms – a disclosure abroad in the sense of Art. 16–17 FADP, whose safeguard (Data Privacy Framework certification or standard contractual clauses) counsel confirms before launch – and we receive the name, e-mail address and any notes you enter. We use this information to respond to you and, if a conversation follows, to run it. We do not add you to marketing sequences, we do not enrich your data from third-party databases, and we do not share it with anyone outside the firm except the service providers named here.
- Confidential information.
If you share information about your company, it is held under the confidentiality architecture described on the Confidentiality & safety page, and under an NDA if you ask for one first. Please do not put confidential transaction details in a web form.
- How long we keep it.
Correspondence is kept for as long as a conversation or engagement is live and for the period our record-keeping obligations require afterwards, then deleted. The research-letter list is kept until you unsubscribe by e-mail; we act on removal requests promptly and keep no record beyond the removal itself.
- Your rights.
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing, by writing to mail@b2bcapital.ch. If you are in the EU, you may also complain to your supervisory authority; in Switzerland, to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
